Orlando has been a professional captain for eighteen years and a charter boat captain for over ten years. Orlando has fished the waters of Ecuador, Columbia, Nicaragua, El Salvador as well as Costa Rica. Captain Orlando and Mate Roberto are one of the most respected Billfish fishing teams on the west coast of Central America. Captain Orlando is bi-lingual and fully versed on the Caribsea’s comprehensive navigation electronics. Orlando’s experience is an integral part of Caribsea’s historic reputation.

Roberto Gonzales, Mate
Roberto has been fishing in Quepos all his life and has been a professional charter mate for the last 16 years. Roberto is considered by most knowledgeable anglers as Quepos’ most accomplished mate when it comes to catching billfish on fly. Roberto has fished professionally in Quepos, Golfito, Los Suenos, Panama, Cabo San Lucas, Mazaltian and Guatemala. His anglers have placed in the top Tournamaents finishes in Mazaltian and Los Suenos.

Captain Bob Baker, Managing Partner  
Captain Bob Baker has been a professional fishing guide, charter Captain and marina manager for over thirty years. Bob has fished the Caribbean and Central America waters for years. He is considered one of the premier light tackle guides in the Florida Keys. Bob has been partner/owner of the Caribsea for the past ten years and has explored and fished the Quepos area extensively, bringing a wealth of fishing experience to the Caribsea team. Captain Bob is the main contact for information, booking and reservations for the Caribsea.

Dennis Arnold, Manager
The CARIBSEA is managed in Costa Rica by Dennis Arnold. Dennis is an American living in Costa Rica. He is a former charter captain and has been fishing Costa Rica for many years.

Larry Sanchez, Hospitality Manager 
With a background in Travel & Tourism, Larry has specialized in tour guiding to all the corners of Costa Rica.  Larry has escorted groups to Ecuador, the Galapagos Islands, Kenya, Tanzania, Peru, Panama, & Guatemala. For the last 14 years Larry has been working as Marketing Manager and Hotel GM on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica.  Currently he is the General Manager of Quepos’ Hotel California located in Manuel Antonio National Park.
